Position: Legal Executive – SRO Motorsports Group

The Group consists of companies in London, Asia, America, Australia, South Africa, France and Belgium, and is seeking to fulfil the Legal Executive role.
This is a full-time position, which requires working from the SRO Motorsports Europe Limited’s office based in South Kensington, London but could involve occasional travel to France and other countries.
The successful candidate will report to and work closely with the CEO, CFO & COO as well as with regional managers, other members of staff and with external counsel.
Previous experience and personal competencies:
• UK qualified corporate Lawyer with a minimum 4/5 year PQE
• International experience in corporate and M&A (ideally in a London based international firm)
• Have versatile experience & possess sufficient reflexes to know when and how to involve external counsels
• Fluent in spoken and written English whilst a working knowledge of French would be useful
Responsibilities to include, but are not necessarily limited to:
• Acting as in-house counsel in charge of overseeing the legal matters of the group
• Corporate projects - acquisitions/major contracts/litigation
• Drafting and reviewing contracts (with sponsors, teams, commercial partners, national authorities, external consultants, etc.)
• Handling tax and Human Resources related matters
